“Flower Bouquet Painted in Soft Pastels” is an original floral painting by Sandra Huston.
A bouquet of cut purple butterfly bush blossoms, orange Peruvian lilies, star flowers and a yellow rose completes my floral still life artwork painted in soft pastels on gray toned Canson Mi-Teintes art paper.
I had recently brought out my old canson art paper to work on painting floral's and was pleasantly surprised with the results working with both soft pastels and pastel pencils. This still life was drawn free hand using a bouquet of silk flowers as reference.
