I started with a digital copy of one of my older original pastel paintings of a resting male lion and reworked it using my Paint Shop Pro digital software converting it to a black and white image, and finished with a little highlighting digital brush strokes. The completed artwork reminded me a lot of a lion resting under the full moon. Hence my title: Moon Kissed King of the Jungle.
