“Loon and Damselfly Meeting” is an original loon photograph by Sandra Huston.
A ten part common loon family series documenting the first few weeks of a loon chick’s life photographed on Woodbury Pond part of Tacoma Lakes in Litchfield, Maine. This unique fifth image documents a loon chick resting on its parents back with a blue damselfly on the parents bill as if they are having a meeting about the newest addition to Tacoma Lakes.
