After seeing the Animal Planet series “The Zoo” in early 2018 featuring different animals from the Bronx Zoo in New York I had to plan a trip to visit this zoo for myself. I was so impressed with the dedication and care that the zoo keepers have for all the animals and the beautiful natural habitats constructed for each animal. The grizzly and brown bears is only one of the many photographs capture on my birthday trip to this zoo.
In 2009, these bears (a grizzly bear and three Alaskan brown bears) were rescued as cubs...
